At InvestWise Canada, we strive to provide high-quality educational content and services. This Refund Policy outlines our guidelines for refunds and cancellations for any paid products or services offered through our website at investwisecanada.com.

2. Digital Products and Downloads
2.1 Refund Eligibility
Due to the digital nature of our products (e-books, investment guides, financial calculators, spreadsheets, etc.), all sales are final and non-refundable unless otherwise specified at the time of purchase.
However, we may consider refunds on a case-by-case basis under the following circumstances:
- The digital product is proven to be materially defective or corrupted
- The product description substantially misrepresented the actual content
- You have been charged multiple times for the same product due to a technical error
2.2 Refund Process for Digital Products
If you believe you qualify for a refund based on the criteria above, please contact us within 7 days of your purchase with the following information:
- Your order number or purchase confirmation
- The date of purchase
- A detailed explanation of why you are requesting a refund
- Any relevant supporting documentation or evidence
We will review your request and respond within 5 business days. If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
3. Subscription Services
3.1 Newsletter and Premium Content Subscriptions
For our subscription-based services, such as premium newsletters, research reports, or membership programs:
- Monthly subscriptions may be canceled at any time, but we do not provide partial refunds for the current billing period
- Annual subscriptions may be eligible for a prorated refund if canceled within 30 days of purchase or renewal
- After the first 30 days of an annual subscription, no refunds will be issued for the remaining subscription period
3.2 Cancellation Process
To cancel a subscription:

- Navigate to the "My Account" or "Subscription Management" section
- Select the subscription you wish to cancel and follow the cancellation instructions
- Alternatively, contact our customer service team with your cancellation request
Once canceled, you will continue to have access to the subscription service until the end of your current billing period.
4. Webinars and Online Courses
4.1 Live Webinars
For live webinars and online events:
- Full refunds are available if requested at least 7 days before the scheduled event
- Partial refunds (50%) may be issued for cancellations between 2-7 days before the event
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations less than 48 hours before the event
- If you cannot attend a live webinar, you may transfer your registration to another person at no additional cost
4.2 Pre-recorded Courses
For pre-recorded online courses:
- We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase
- To qualify for a refund, you must have completed no more than 25% of the course content
- Your refund request must include specific feedback about why the course did not meet your expectations
5. Consulting Services
5.1 Scheduled Consultations
For any paid one-on-one consultations or advisory services:
- Full refunds are available if canceled at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations less than 48 hours before the appointment
- You may reschedule your appointment once without penalty if done at least 24 hours in advance
5.2 Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are dissatisfied with a consultation that has already taken place, please contact us within 3 business days of the session. We may offer:
- A follow-up session to address your concerns
- A partial refund based on the specific circumstances
- Credit toward future services
Decisions will be made on a case-by-case basis and are at the discretion of InvestWise Canada management.
6. Special Promotions and Bundles
Products or services purchased as part of a bundle, promotional offer, or at a discounted rate may have different refund terms than those purchased individually at full price. Any special refund terms will be clearly communicated at the time of purchase.
If no special terms are specified for promotional items, our standard refund policies as outlined in this document will apply.
7. Exceptions and Special Circumstances
7.1 Technical Issues
If you experience technical issues that prevent you from accessing or using our products or services, please contact our technical support team before requesting a refund. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve any technical problems.
If technical issues cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe, we may issue a full or partial refund at our discretion.
7.2 Product Updates and Changes

8.3 Refund Fees
InvestWise Canada does not charge processing fees for refunds. However, your financial institution or payment provider may impose their own fees for returned payments or currency conversion, which we cannot refund.
9. Non-Refundable Items
The following are explicitly non-refundable under any circumstances:
- Transaction fees or processing fees charged by payment processors
- Products or services clearly marked as "non-refundable" at the time of purchase
- Services that have been fully delivered or substantially fulfilled
- Personalized or custom-created content specifically prepared for you
10. Abuse Prevention
InvestWise Canada reserves the right to refuse refunds to customers who abuse our refund policy, including but not limited to:
- Customers who repeatedly purchase and request refunds for the same or similar products
- Customers who show evidence of having used, copied, or distributed the digital product before requesting a refund
- Customers who make false or fraudulent claims to obtain refunds
We may also ban users from future purchases if we detect patterns of abuse.
